Local, National & International deliveries
Simply Flowers - Ely florist

These terms and conditions may be updated by us from time to time without notice.

These Terms and Conditions apply to local orders executed by Simply Flowers only. For National and International orders, Teleflorist prices, terms and conditions will apply.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions

Payment:

The customer will pay for services provided under these 'terms' by one of the recognised payment methods. Payment must be received in advance and will be debited upon receipt of your order.

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and credit/debit card transactions for orders outside the UK will be converted by the card company at their current exchange rates.

Terms:

Product breakdown

Pictures shown within the catalogue are for guideline use only, and flower content may vary due to seasonal changes. Every effort will be made to adhere to the shown specimen, but we may need to use our own discretion to substitute flower content if necessary. The customer will not be informed of such substitutions.

Addons

Teddies/Balloons/Chocolates/Vases etc. shown on-line may not be in-stock, we will then substitute where necessary to the same or greater value.

Order information

We will assume that all information provided by the customer, is correct and honour the order details as is. However, should any delivery details be incorrect, we reserve the right to charge the customer any unexpected surcharges inflicted on us with notice by the **contact details provided.

If for any reason we are given false details, such as delivery address, and we incur loss of monies or product, then the customer will still be responsible for the payment of the original order plus any compensation to cover any losses.

Delivery:

All items on-line are priced as a local order, subject to a delivery charge.

- Orders will be delivered on the date and address provided
- If there is no answer we will do our utmost to leave flowers with a neighbour or in what we consider a safe place
- If there is no neighbour or safe place to leave the order we will return the order to the shop for collection
- A calling card will be left to inform the recipient the whereabouts of the order
- We will not be held responsible for orders left with neighbours or left in a safe place.
- We do not guarantee timed orders
- If a specific time is required, we will do our best to meet that time, but cannot guarantee this.
- There may be delays in delivery where a third party is involved, such as delivery to hospitals, hotels, offices and ships. In case of delivery to such locations, the signature of any person authorised to accept delivery on behalf of the organisation shall be accepted as proof of delivery.
- We can guarantee same day delivery on all local orders received Monday - Friday by 3pm and Saturday by 12 noon (subject to product availability). Excludes Sundays, Bank Holidays, and busy periods i.e. Christmas, Valentine's, Mother's Day. Orders placed after 3pm or the excluded periods cannot be guaranteed for same day delivery and will therefore be delivered on the next available date.

UK & International orders are sent through the Teleflorist relay service, prices vary depending on your requirements.

**Contact details provided by the customer at the time of ordering will be used. We cannot guarantee these details are correct.

Complaints:

In the unlikely event of any dissatisfaction on your part, then you must inform us within 5 working days of the delivery date. If the complaint is deemed reasonable then an investigation will be carried out and an outcome will be provided.

We reserve the right to refuse compensation with any complaint arising after the 5 day period.

Orders executed by Simply Flowers will be dealt with directly by us. Complaints can be raised by contacting us by telephone, fax, or on-line.

Limitation/Disclaimer of Liability:

In no event shall Simply Flowers be liable to you for any damages resulting from or related to any failure or delay of Simply Flowers or Teleflorist associates, to provide service under this Agreement if such delays or failures are due to strikes, riots, fire, inclement weather, acts of God, theft, terrorism or vandalism or other causes beyond our control, as defined by standard practices in the industry. Such failure or delay shall not constitute a default under this Agreement.
